Biography

Stacey Frias is a seasoned technical recruiter with over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. As a Principal Technical Recruiter at Sony PlayStation, she plays a key role in building global corporate teams. A California native, Stacey earned her degree in Social Ecology with a minor in Criminology from UC Irvine, originally intending to pursue a career in social services. Her background fuels her strengths in empathy, communication, critical thinking, and adaptability. Stacey is most passionate about understanding people and building meaningful connections. Known for her deep industry knowledge, she has successfully supported companies of all sizes, from start-ups to major corporations, by aligning talent strategies, streamlining workflows, fostering well-being, and championing authentic relationships between clients and staff.
