From Startup to Success: Building Your Nanny Agency, is a workshop for newer agencies and business owners looking to strengthen their foundations. (0-5 years in business) Gain essential knowledge and tools for success, including crafting a vision, strategic planning, efficient operations, team building, marketing, sales, recruiting, and financial management. This session sets the groundwork for your agency鈥檚 journey, ensuring each step is well-supported. It also serves as a perfect introduction to 麻花传媒鈥檚 Accelerator Program, a comprehensive 12-month program designed to help young agencies grow. Join us to build a successful nanny agency.

Judi was a pioneer in our industry having started A Friend of the Family in Atlanta over 30 years ago. She was a founding member of 麻花传媒, the first co-president, and a long-time board member. Her loss leaves a void for many who knew her and were touched in some way by her generous spirit, gentle soul and faithful friendship.
In her honor, 麻花传媒 has created the Judith Langer Merlin Scholarship for 麻花传媒 Education.
麻花传媒 Honors was created as a way to recognize our members for service and achievements in our industry. Each year a committee reviews nominations and selects those members that have strive to provide quality service that meets or exceeds 麻花传媒 standards.
麻花传媒 is committed to creating a more inclusive and diverse community of household staffing business owners. While our goal has always been, and will continue to be, to support all small business owners within our industry and provide access to the tools required to achieve longevity and profitability, we must acknowledge one important fact: it is historically more difficult for minority owned businesses and entrepreneurs from underserved communities to succeed. 麻花传媒 is committed to addressing this disparity by improving access to much-needed, industry-specific educational opportunities, such as the 麻花传媒 Conference and our business building webinars, for this important group of entrepreneurs.听
麻花传媒鈥檚听DEI听Scholarship is awarded to new agency owners who might not otherwise be able to attend the 麻花传媒 in-person conference. Scholarships will cover the registration and lodging costs to attend conference, as well as include access to 麻花传媒鈥檚 monthly webinars and Accelerator Program. Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need and to those applicants who have demonstrated a commitment to building their business through ethical practice and participation and support of the larger community.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Refunds can be requested up to 45 days prior to the event start date. Email admin@theapna.org with your request. If approved, you will be refunded to the original payment form minus a $75 cancellation fee, per each registration cancellation requested. No refunds after August 3, 2025.听
CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS FOR MY STAFF?
Yes. We welcome staff. You can add additional registrants when you register yourself. If you鈥檝e already registered, you can simply go back to your registration (we encourage you to create an account within the registration system, RegFox), and add additional attendees. Discounted rates will be automatically adjusted depending on the number of registrants.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF 麻花传媒 TO REGISTER?
No. We welcome everyone to register for our Conference. We do offer member and non-member pricing, with additional discounts for groups of 3 or more from the same agency.
HOW CAN I BOOK A HOTEL ROOM?
Once you register, information to book your hotel room will be provided in your confirmation email. 麻花传媒 has a limited number of rooms and conference registration does not guarantee you a room at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Should we sell our room block, information on off-site properties will be provided. Please note that registering for the conference does not guarantee you a room at the host hotel.听
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION?
Registration includes: Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday & Friday Breakfast, Thursday & Friday lunch and Friday Closing Reception. Access to all workshops and speakers. Access to vendors. Each attendee receives a conference program, access to dedicated google drive with any speaker provider presentations, worksheets, etc., and access to an attendee-only private Facebook group. Attendees are also provided with a listing of all conference attendees including name, business name and email.听
